Comprehensive refurbishment, upgrading and extension of detached 2-storey house in Millport carried out over three planned phases with two separate contracting teams arranged by selected competitive tender and subsequent negotiation.

The existing building had an unsympathetic 1960’s extension that was demolished to allow the construction of a 2-storey symmetrical wing giving the house much needed balance.
