CLIENT – Cunninghame Housing Association

A new-build infill site near the town centre in Largs comprising a three storey block of 12 affordable flats with parking and amenity space.

The layouts comply with Housing for Varying Needs standards and were constructed with a highly insulated timber frame structure clad in facing brick, rendered block and composite cladding.

Construction was arranged by a Design and Build tender process.
